Join Walter Homberg, LAc…. for a one-hour class on creating your unique exercise prescription.  This class will walk you through all the elements needed to stay strong, limber, and increase endurance for your everyday life.  Not only is Walter a licensed acupuncturist but he has a long list of personal training credentials including a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.  As a strength and conditioning coach Walter is an expert at helping you find a program that will work for you.

  • You will be able to start the next day without any confusion 

Classes are LIVE, but the recording and all course materials are available to anyone who registers.  So you do not have to attend LIVE to take this class and get the benefit :)
