    • Portal messages will be billed e-consult fee of 10 min if it requires complex clinical judgment, chart review or take practitioner more than 10 min to respond.

    • Per practitioner discretion may be asked to book 15 min phone call.

    • Practitioners respond on their work days (otherwise patient navigators are available M-F)
