The Art of
Stress Release
Join us for an in person meditative art experience. Come in with your mental to do lists and chaos, leave with calm, connection and direction. Lose yourself to this mindful creative release by allowing yourself to discover and let go of parts of your life that are no longer serving you. Through relaxing breathing practices, exploratory art and guided meditation you will understand better how to escape the shackles of stress and find the quiet in the chaos.

This class begins with easy yoga based stretching and breathwork. Then moves into working on an easy, guided, watercolor project to connect you with your creative side and let the stress melt away. Next you will create our own personal stress release tool list and weave it into another art piece. Finally, class will end with a guided meditation and visualization.
